Take a scenic country drive from Lexington to the mountains to find a gorgeous vaulted ceiling studio with stunning views right from your living space! 900SqFt. private entrance studio and patio on our horse farm on nearly 50 acres of private land, surrounded by the Jefferson National Forest. This modern designed studio space was formerly an art studio, and is just 11.5 country miles from Main Street Lexington! There is also a large open field high knoll on the property that is perfect for a romantic picnic spot, with 360 degree mountain views, including House Mountain!
The space
Quiet and relaxing with an abundance of wildlife and farm animals to observe during your stay. All new appliances and fixtures throughout, with StarLink satellite high speed Wi-Fi. The studio is attached to our home, and has a private entrance, including a gorgeous pergola covered patio, exclusively for our guests. The property is located amongst rural farmland with pastures and woods on rolling terrain. Very private and peaceful. Keypad private entry, shown in photos. There are no steps to enter the studio, but there are two steps down to the adjoining patio area for our guests. The studio entrance is less than 25 feet from the gravel parking area. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and enjoy the 360 degree views from various vantage points around the property, including House Mountain and some incredible sunsets! Perfect for day time picnics, and star gazing at night as well!
